How can we help you today?
Please register for a virtual Meet the Parents lunch and learn from 12:30 to 1:30pm - choose from two sessions on November 6th or December 4th. Our panel of Montcrest Parents looks forward to meeting you and answering your questions about our school.
We invite you to a fun and informative session on campus on November 13th with our Kindergarten and Grade 1 teachers, as well as the admissions team. You will learn all about the primary years at Montcrest, see our learning spaces and take part in a Q & A.
Please join our Montcrest Faculty, the Admissions Team and our panel of Middle School students on November 20th for an informative evening about the Montcrest Middle School experience at our campus. Both prospective and current families are welcome to attend!
We want to learn about your child and your interest in Montcrest School. Please book a time to have a virtual admissions chat with us. Chats are conducted via Zoom and are available beginning in September. Please select an available time from the list below (options will be available to book in early September).
Each year, Montcrest offers bursaries to families that require financial support through our Bursary Funds. Families complete an online bursary application through Apple Financial Services by December 15th. After reviewing a confidential report from Apple Financial, the school makes an effort to allocate any available bursary funds to as many families as possible. Please contact Sharda Prashad-Hartmann, Head of Finance and School Operations (sprashadhartmann@montcrest.ca) for more information about bursaries.
We are excited to offer student-led tours of our campus! Tours will be approx 30 minutes and will be with a Montcrest Student Ambassador. Tours are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays on an alternating schedule at 9:45am and 1:45pm. Please register for a time on the calendar. Tours may be individual or in a small group with another family, depending on registration numbers.
Are you interested the Small Class support model (gr 4 to 8)?
Due to the wide spectrum of presentation, students with ADHD and ASD will be considered on an individual basis. Montcrest may not have the resources to meet these student's needs.
